Again, I have been extremely impressed with the service received. From my initial call for assistance, to kind correspondence with Claire & Scott advising me behind the scenes, to Kevin working efficiently and extremely effectively on site. I have felt consistently reassured that finally my issues with my heating/water would soon be over!

I would like to pass on my gratitude to Kevin in particular; he was completely unobtrusive when I was at home, friendly with my 2 small boys, and I felt at ease leaving him to proceed with work when I had to go out. On completion of the job he was extremely thorough with checking all radiators and clearing/tidying up the residue despite the fact that I was out. Massive thanks to him.
Would certainly use you again in future, though hopefully won’t have need to for a while yet.

We had Alan who was a credit to the company; efficient and polite. He also explained things in clear terms that I could understand.

You are down for our annual boiler service but will be happy to use you again for anything required in between.

This has been an exceptionally positive experience. The company immediately responded to our first email requesting help with the boiler. They were clear with their communication and tried to obtain a spare part. Discovering the part is now obsolete, Gavin consulted with an engineer and came up with a possible solution to our problem. An engineer came out the same day to the property and fixed the problem. We have found such an exceptional service we won't ever need to look anywhere else. Thank you to the company, especially Gavin and Duncan.

Your team was really helpful. Claire in particular was responsive and supported me through my understanding of the process for a prospective home buyer. I was fully supported onsite by the plumber Mark who was called out to do a basic visual inspection and to answer questions of mine - not a typical callout but one that I appreciated as a new home buyer. We may not need any plumbing works in the near future due to the reassurances provided by Mark regarding the state of the home plumbing system, but if I do require this I will be coming back to Scott Findlay.

I can't begin to tell you how great the service was. A wonderful job done - one radiator hadn't worked for 20 years!
